株式会社墨尚（以下「当社」）は、Lingvue の Mac・iPhone・iPad アプリ、観客用ウェブページ、クラウド機能および本ウェブサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）における個人情報を、個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）その他の法令に従って取り扱います。
BOKUSHO Co., Ltd. ("we") handles personal information in Lingvue apps, viewer pages, cloud features and this website in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.
1. 基本方針：音声は端末の中で処理しますOur approach: your voice stays on your device
音声認識と翻訳は、初期設定では利用者の端末内で行い、音声も字幕テキストも当社に送信しません。クラウド補正・クラウド認識は、利用者が設定で有効にし、確認画面で同意した場合にのみ動作します。
By default, recognition and translation run on your device and neither audio nor caption text is sent to us. Cloud correction and cloud recognition run only after you turn them on and agree in the confirmation dialog.

iPhone・iPad 版の現在のバージョンには、クラウド機能もアカウント登録もありません。音声・字幕テキスト・個人情報を当社に送信することはなく、上表のうちアカウント・ポイントに関する情報も取得しません。追加の言語の音声データをダウンロードするときは、配信サーバーに IP アドレスなど通常の通信記録が残ります（セキュリティと障害対応にのみ使用します）。
The current iPhone and iPad version has no cloud features and no account sign-up. It never sends audio, caption text or personal information to us, and none of the account or point information above is collected. When you download speech data for additional languages, our download server keeps ordinary access logs such as your IP address, used only for security and troubleshooting.
購入時のお支払い情報（カード番号など）は Apple または決済代行会社が取得し、当社は保持しません。字幕の共有機能（QR コード）は、利用者の端末からローカルネットワーク内に配信するもので、当社のサーバーを経由しません。
Payment details are handled by Apple or our payment processor; we never receive card numbers. Caption sharing via QR code is served from your own device on your local network and does not pass through our servers.
3. 委託先と外国にある第三者への提供Service providers and transfers abroad
当社は、上記の目的に必要な範囲で、次の事業者に処理を委託します。クラウド機能では、利用者が選んだ地域（または最寄りの地域）の事業者を使用します。委託先の所在国には日本と同等の個人情報保護制度がない国が含まれるため、各国の制度は個人情報保護委員会の公表資料をご参照ください。当社は委託先と契約を結び、本ポリシーおよび法令が求める水準と同等以上の保護を委託先に義務付け、安全管理措置を確認しています。委託先が利用者のデータを自らの目的（広告、AI モデルの学習など）に利用することは認めていません。
We use the following providers as needed. For cloud features we use providers in the region you choose (or the nearest one). Some countries below may not have protections equivalent to Japan's; we contractually require each provider to protect your data at least as well as this policy and the law require, confirm their safeguards, and do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes such as advertising or AI model training.

中国本土向けの地域を選んだ場合は、中国本土の事業者（クラウド基盤・AI モデル）を使用し、利用時間の記録のみ当社の主サーバーに集計します。委託先を変更した場合は本ページを更新します。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供しません。
If you choose the mainland China region, providers in mainland China are used and only usage time is aggregated to our main servers. We update this page when providers change. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
4. 保存期間Retention
- クラウド処理の対象となった音声・テキスト：保存しません（処理中のみ）。Cloud-processed audio and text: not stored.
- 確認コード：10 分で無効化。Sign-in codes: invalid after 10 minutes.
- アカウント情報：アカウント削除まで。削除時はメールアドレス等を消去し、Apple でサインインの連携も解除します。Account data: until you delete your account; deletion erases your email and revokes Sign in with Apple.
- 購入・ポイントの取引記録：会計・税務など法令で定める期間。Purchase and point records: for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- アクセス記録：原則 30 日以内。Access logs: generally up to 30 days.
5. 安全管理措置Security
通信の暗号化（HTTPS）、確認コード・ログイン情報のハッシュ化、アクセス権限の限定と操作記録、回数制限による不正アクセス対策、委託先の監督などを行っています。漏えい等が発生した場合は、法令に従い個人情報保護委員会への報告と本人への通知を行います。
We use encryption in transit, hashing of codes and sign-in tokens, restricted and logged administrative access, rate limiting, and supervision of providers. We will report incidents to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notify you as required by law.
6. 本ウェブサイトについてThis website
本ウェブサイトは広告・解析用の Cookie やトラッキングを使用しません。表示言語を記憶するための Cookie（lang）のみ使用します。フォント表示のため Google Fonts を読み込むので、閲覧時に IP アドレス等が Google に送信されます。
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies or trackers—only a "lang" cookie to remember your language. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit.
7. 開示等の請求・お問い合わせYour rights and contact
保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示をご希望の場合は、下記窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。アカウントを作成した場合、アカウントとデータの削除はアプリの 設定 › アカウント からいつでも行えます。
同意の撤回：クラウド機能への同意は、アプリの設定でクラウド補正・クラウド認識をオフにすることでいつでも撤回でき、以後データは送信されません。アカウント登録への同意は、アカウントを削除することで撤回できます。
Withdrawing consent: turn off cloud correction and cloud recognition in the app's settings at any time and no further data is sent. To withdraw consent to account registration, delete your account.
To request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use or other rights under APPI (and, where applicable, GDPR), contact us below. If you have created an account, you can delete it and its data anytime in Settings › Account in the app.

8. 未成年の方Minors
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでアカウント登録・購入を行ってください。
If you are a minor, please obtain a parent or guardian's consent before creating an account or making purchases.
9. 改定Changes
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。
